Lagos - Nigeria’s flagbearers in this year’s CAF
Confederation Cup, Nasarawa United FC will depart the shores of the country for
Dakar by midnight on Tuesday, aboard an ARIK Air plane for the return game
against AS Academie Generation Foot.
The game will be played on Saturday at the Leopold Senghor
Officials of the NFF protocol unit confirmed that the 32-man
delegation of the Solid Miners will touch down in Dakar by 1am on Wednesday.

Nasarawa United narrowly won the first leg 2-1 played at the
National Stadium, Abuja penultimate weekend, meaning the fixture is delicately
poised going into the return leg.
They lost their 2016 Nigeria Premier League opening game 2-1
to league debutants MFM FC on Sunday.For
