Abuja - Members of NFF Technical Committee have tendered in their resignation over the supposed ‘mishandling’ of the Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh's outburst by NFF President Amaju Pinnick.
The committee which include eminent sports personalities such as Christian Chukwu, Paul Bassey, Victor Ikpeba, Mutiu Adepoju and Garba Lawal, felt slighted after their recommendations on the Super Eagles coach were discarded by the NFF president.
The committee was said to have recommended for the outright dismissal of Sunday Oliseh after they agreed that he had violated his contract.

But the NFF president Pinnick rather sought the counsel of the Youth and Sports Minister, Barrister Solomon Dalung who intervened for the embattled coach much to the disappointment of the committee members.
Chairman of the Technical Committee, Barrister Chris Green confirmed the development but said that he was working hard to ensure that the committee members rescind their decisions.
The Technical Committee have not had a cordial relationship with Oliseh after the coach said he had nothing to do with them when they queried him following a dismal outing in CHAN.
The Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) on Tuesday handed the Super Eagles coach a seven-day ultimatum to name journalists who he claimed requested money for positive reports about the team.
