16 November 2015, 11:14

Abuja - Nigeria winger Moses Simon says he is ready to take the Second leg World Cup round 2 qualification match against Swaziland by storm.

The Nigerian Ronaldo as he is known by his admirers was one of the standout performers in the first leg match played at the Somhlolo National Stadium on Friday.

The KAA Gent youngster says he is looking forward to the return leg match at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium on Tuesday.

“I am always excited to defend the colours of my country. Football is eleven players on the pitch and the game in Nigeria will be very crucial for us,” the former Trencin ace said in a chat with News24.

“We have worked really hard especially with the head coach and we are ready to go and for me I am really looking forward to getting my chance and taking it.”

And when quizzed about the level of physicality of the Swaziland side, Simon admitted it was an uphill task but was certain they could conquer.

“It’s a very difficult tie but with the quality we have I am sure that we can make it.”
