Nwakaeme, who currently plays for Pahang fc in the Malaysian
league scoring 17 goals last season to help them to winning ways believes the
team will not be lacking in quality following the top stars in the Nigerian
Professional Football League.
“I think the team has got top stars, and Nigeria is blessed
with good players in the premier league, although i didn’t play for any top
team in the NPFL before i travelled, i joined the Finnish premier division, but
i still watched the last CHAN in South Africa where Nigeria came third, am
optimistic the Eagles will rule Africa again, Sunday Oliseh has seen it all, as
a player and as a coach ,the team has done well in their recent friendly games
, so am sure they will do well in Rwanda with team work.”
