Abuja Fatai Osho, chief coach of Crown FC of Ogbomoso, says
his players’ inability to live up to expectations against hosts ABS FC on
Monday in Ilorin was lamentable.
Speaking after the team’s week one match in the 2015/2016
Nigeria National League (NNL), Osho lamented the fact that his players
performed below expectations.
“It was sad we lost, because we prepared very well for the
game, better than the result we got.
“We did not play to our full potential today (Monday), and
that was sad,’’ he said.
The coach however promised to address the situation, saying “we
will go back to reassess ourselves and adjust where necessary.’’
He was nonetheless full of praises for his opponents, saying
they were a very good side.
