Pyagbara in talks with Sunshine Stars

Lagos - Sharks FC have repeatedly insisted that they will only sell Christian Pyagbara to European clubs, but Sunshine Stars are reportedly interested in signing the fair-skinned striker.

Nigeria Professional Football League outfit, Sunshine Stars are reportedly targeting the Nigeria U23 forward, according to News24 sources in Akure.

With the club unveiling new coach Samson Unuanel on Monday, News24 sources have confirmed that the club will bring in new players for the upcoming campaign.

“Sunshine Stars continue to monitor Sunshine Stars attacker Christian Pyagbara as they want to sign him for the upcoming campaign,” reports News24.

Pyagbara terrorized opposition defenses in the Nigeria Professional Football League for the relegated side during the 2014/15 campaign.

The striker was linked with clubs in Norway, Sweden and Denmark in the past.
