Lagos - Segun Toriola and Olufunke Oshonaike are set to
spear head the Nigerian table tennis team that was announced by the NTTF.
The nine-man team that will head to Brazzaville, Congo, for
the All Africa Games in September include, Toriola , 2014 ITTF Star Player of
The Year, Aruna Quadri, Bode Abiodun, Seun Ajetunmobi and Ojo Onaolapo, while
Oshonaike will be joined in the women’s team by Edem Offiong, Cecilia Otu-Akpan
and Rasheedat Ogundele.

On their AAG chances, Toriola explained that they can’t
underestimate any teams while at the tournament and will be keeping a sharp eye
out for favourites Egypt and promising Congo.
"We can’t dismiss any team at the All Africa
Games," he told punchng.com.
"Egypt are growing stronger with every competition and
players from some to other countries such as Congo have also improved their
