Middlesborough - A Middlesborough man was left perplexed after receiving an email from a woman requesting the password to his stolen laptop, Pulse reports.
The man, who's home was raided on March 28, disclosed that he received the e-mail a few days after the incident from a woman who claimed to have purchased the computer from a corner shop.
The burglar, identified as Lisa Hanratty (35), is alleged to be a drug addict and was swiftly arrested following a report to the police.

Prosecutor in the case, Rachel Masters, confirmed that Hanratty had previously received 34 convictions for 64 offences.
Hanratty has since been given a six month jail sentence suspended for two years with drug testing and treatment after she had pleaded guilty to the burglary.
