London - A British man, who was the first person from the UK to be infected with the Ebola virus has no plans of returning to Africa, despite being cured of the deadly disease , DailyMail reported.
The 29-year-old man was a volunteer nurse in Sierra Leone, one of the hardest hit West African countries with Ebola. He contracted the virus while working under harsh conditions in the West African country.

He was flown back to the UK to receive 'world-class' care. He was put under isolation and treated with the experimental drug ZMapp.
The man considers himself very lucky for receiving exceptional care as it is just a world part of what people in Africa are getting. He is glad he will not be seeing horrible deaths anymore although there were some good memories made.
However his passport was burnt so coming back to Africa are not part of his plans anytime soon.
