Phoenix – An inmate from an Arizona jail escaped from the prison in order to meet his girlfriend for Valentine’s Day, but was arrested soon afterwards again, Huffington Post reports.
Joseph Andrew Dekenipp, 40, who was in jail for suspicion of vehicle theft, selling stolen property, unlawful flight and driving on a suspended license, climbed two walls and crawled through razor wire in order to meet his love.
According to reports, Dekenipp was re-arrested when he arrived at the saloon that he had planned to meet his girlfriend at. He now has an escape charge on top of his other charges.
