Man feasts on insects to lose weight

Abuja - A 29-year-old man from Thailand has revealed that he has been feasting on insects just so that he can lose weight, DailyMail reported.

The craze started when he was sitting at a bar and as he reached for what he thought was a peanut but was actually deep fried crickets. They had a strange flavour so he downed them with beer.

He states that his new snacks are quite healthy when added with salt and pepper, one must just remember to remove the legs and head.

He also enjoys a Thai delicacy which consists of wasps, termites, giant ants served over rice. He claims that the best protein comes from the insects he enjoys.
