Lagos - A trade group for the adult film industry, based in California, has lifted a five day ban on the production of porn after HIV testing after fears that an adult performer had contracted the virus, the Huffington Post reported.
The Free Speech Coalition ended the five day hold, saying that the necessary testing had been completed, with the performer pool not being compromised.

It said that a performer might have been exposed to the virus during off-set sexual contact with another performer, and also found it necessary to extend the at first three day hold by another two additional days.
The trade group believe that the performer was not observing the industry's strict protective protocols.
