Asuncion - Paraguay police say they have arrested the fugitive stepfather of a pregnant 10-year-old girl who has been denied an abortion by the government.
The official rejection of the abortion request from the girl's mother has angered international human rights groups, who say the pregnancy endangers the health of the young girl. Abortion is illegal in the South American nation.
