Ecosexuals take weird festishes to new heights

12 May 2016, 08:39

Australia - We've all heard of regular sexual fetishes such as whips, chains and a pair of handcuffs.

However, a temporary sex house in Melbourne, Australia has taken sexual fetishes to a fresh new level. According to News.com.au, this is the sex house of an ecosexual, a person who makes the land their lover.

Creators, artists Loren Kronemyer and Ian Sinclair, said their concern for the future of the environment was at the core of their work ABC online reported.

"Maybe if we can encourage people to have an erotic engagement with the Earth, then we can encourage them to save it," Sinclair said.

Ecosexuals have fantasies about nature and use their senses of touch to strengthen their romantic and sensual feelings towards the environment.

The whole idea is if somebody can develop sexual attraction and a love for the biosphere, they will in turn look after it going into the future. The movement can also be seen as a certain type of activism.

The house involves more than just plants and incorporates wind, water and geology.
