13 May 2016, 14:17

London - A 45-year-old man has died after plunging 100 feet from a Hilton hotel's rooftop bar yesterday afternoon, The Mirror reported.

The man, who is yet to be identified, fell from the luxury DoubleTree by Hilton in the City of London.

The man who visited the London art gallery, fell from the terrace of a bar and restaurant area, as tourists picnicking by the Thames in the late afternoon sun watched in shock.

According to the Daily Mail, Witnesses claimed the man, who was dressed in a suit and in his late forties, had jumped from the railings five floors above.

Paramedics rushed to the building in Pepys Street shortly before 5pm. But despite their best efforts to save the man, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
