29 February 2016, 14:06

Johannesburg - A 102-year-old man has claimed to be smitten with his 37-year-old lover, whom he says he wants to be with until he dies, Daily Sun reports.

The couple, who share a 65 year age gap between them, claim their relationship was sparked by love at first sight.

Japan Mfeka met his girlfriend, Nhlanhla Nkosi, in 2006 when she was just 23 years old. The couple has been inseparable ever since.

According to Mfeka, Nhlanhla makes him feel young. He also claims to use a herbal mixture that help him perform well in bed.

“I care for her and I perform in bed. I feel like a teenager when I’m with her,” he said.

“Many people think when you reach a certain age you can’t satisfy your lover, but me, I’m still strong!”

Despite disapproval from both their families, the two lovebirds plan to wed soon after negotiations take place between the elders of both their families.
